would this accommodate 3 x GPU's? if not what LGA4677 motherboard should I look into to fit 3 x 3090TI FE ?

Well, of all available LGA4677 motherboards, I'm pretty sure this would be your best option, assuming you use a W-3400 CPU. However, since I believe each 3090 takes 3 slots, I can't see how they would physically fit across the 7 PCIe ports, unless you have some special case and don't have anything connected below the bottom port. I.e., the third card would need to be in the very last slot and hang outside the motherboard. Even if you have a case where that is possible, or use no case at all, it would be very impractical as the card would block access to all the connectors that are at the bottom of the board. You can see in the manual exactly what connectors are located there, but one of the most important ones is probably the front panel header. I'm pretty sure the motherboard can handle three 3090's, so if space and the blocking of connectors isn't an issue for you, I think it will work. Good luck! btw. I've a 4090 and two RAID cards. It's awesome to have 112 PCIe lanes!
