how many usb 3.0 connectors? looking for a motherboard with 2 because my corsair 7000x case has 4 front panel 3.0 connectors and it comes with 2 cables to connect to the motherboard.

I looked up the cables that are included with your case and the 2 USB cables will connect to the USB 5 Gbps and USB 20 Gbps ports on the motherboard

if i istall SSD in M.2_1 slot will my geforce RTX 4090 only run at half speed?

Only if it is a gen 5 NVMe and you have it set to run at gen 5 PCIe speeds. If it is a gen 3 or 4 drive, I recommend installing in one of the other 4 M2 slots since they can't benefit from gen 5 speeds anyway (the other slots are gen 4).
