Pros: It has all the new bells and whistles. It has solid caps, the pins on the board are clearly labeled, it has 2 PCIe x16 slots (one is electrically x4). It runs rock solid and cool.
Cons: When I first got the board it had the F6 BIOS. When I upgraded it to the F9 BIOS and it gave me troubles. The problem is if you put the SATA into AHCI mode it freezes when trying to detect the IDE hard drives (even though there are no IDE ports on the motherboard.) I found if I reset the BIOS; and set all of the IDE hard drives to "None" rather than Auto, and then changed the SATA to run in AHCI mode it is fine. The copy of @Bios that comes on the CD cannot upgrade to the F9 BIOS, you need to download an updated version.
Overall Review: Overall it is a good board, besides the hiccup with the BIOS and detecting the hard drives it is great. I am sure they will fix the freeze up with the next BIOS release. And the workaround is easy and doesn't limit your functionality at all. These are all problems I expect with newly released product line. They need time to discover and work out all of the bugs.
