Have they had a revision to fix the known problems with this board? ( No posting, DOA, USB 3.0 not working/over heating/catching fire, etc.)?

Not that i'm aware of. I just ordered it two weeks ago so I assume it was the latest model of the board. It posted fine for me and never caught fire. I can only assume it was user error or a flaw in the builders hardware (PSU) that allowed it to catch fire. It seems to me the PSU wasn't regulation like it should. The USB also worked fine once I downloaded the latest drives via MSI's live update software. It kept telling me my ScanDisk 32G Drive needed formatted but worked properly once on the latest drivers. I did build a custom computer for a customer a few months ago and used the MSI Z77MA-G45 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 and it was rock solid and build with no flaws in the design that I could see. I would of went with it this time unfortunately it was out of stock.

Does motherboard these days has built-in wifi receiver? if so, is this one of them?

Motherboards do sometimes include wifi cards, but this is not one of those. If you use Newegg's filtering tools, you can find one that suits your needs. Often if a motherboard does have built-in wifi there will be antenni around the I/O port area. Hope this helps!

Yes, it has hdmi output. It is feeding the 24' Acer flatscreen monitor I am writing this supply in. Handles HD very well, even on my three monitor rig.

No, the i7 4770k architecture is Haswell (LGA1150 pin). This motherboard supports LGA1155 pin, which I'm using in conjunction with a Sandy Bridge-E based processor (an i7-3930K). This mobo will only support Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge based processors. You want one that is for Haswell (LGA1150.)
