Will this product support a 125W Cpu (fx-8350)?

No the ASUS M5A78L-M LX3 does not support any 125W FX processor including the AMD FX 8350. Consider the Gigabyte GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 or ASRock 880GM-LE. The Gigabyte board requires some manual entry of the memory clocks and timings in the BIOS to run the RAM at its advertised specs, but when this is done it is the better of the two. I have and use both boards.

If you build an FX 8350 into a Micro ATX case, you will also need to mount a CPU heatsink/cooler onto it that is better than the one that it comes with.

This motherboard will work with the following memory:
2 x DIMM, Max. 16GB, DDR3 1866(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 MHz ECC, Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory.

The memory you've specified is DDR3 2400.  Most of the time, faster memory such this will work but will be derated to a slower clock speed by the motherboard.  In other words, you're probably just spending more money than you need to.

No it only goes up to 95w does support it but you would rather use Asus M5a99x evo or sabertooth. which i use with the fx 8320 8 core it is 125w...

It will, the caveat is a 95watt CPU.  I had mistakenly bought the 125w 8-core fx8300.  I ended up buying the fx-6300 6-core to install and that appears to work.

Asus's site does show it's cpu support list if you go there search for the model and go to the support page for the model.

The radeon 7870 is one that is usually marked around that price. It is better than the current gen consoles (One and PS4).
