No, it will not. DDR4 and DDR3 are not interchangeable on this mobo. Also, DDR3 will not even fit in DDR4 slots. vice-versa

As long as it's DDR4, Non-ECC, and within the range of speed that's supported by the board, I can't imagine there would be a compatibility issue with any brand you can buy on Newegg. I've purchased Kingston Fury memory for the 7 boards I've recently purchased and it's running just fine (DDR4 2133)

Yes, this motherboard supports AMD RX480 graphics cards. But whether it'll fit without "messing up components" depends on the case you use. This is a micro-ITX motherboard and most micro-ITX cases are small-ish. So look carefully at the measurements of the RX480 card you use, and then look carefully at the measurements of the case you use and judge if it'll fit.
