Do Nvidia cards work well on this?. im thinking of buying it for y first pc build.

It's a great motherboard, however if I were you I would go with a pre-built Motherboard with a pre-installed CPU fan. Mine was a pain in. The rear to install and for the few extra bucks it's not worth it.
