Which of the two M.2 slots should I use for my SSD?

If an intel ssd use slot 2 first otherwise use slot 1 first but both will work Not slot 1 does turn off the top 2 sata ports did not test which are turned off with slot 2 Both ports have same speed and abilities but their is a feture difference between the two as the motherboard shows on each port

Yes, It does. That I've used this board in that configuration at least 2-3 times. Worked great.

Does this motherboard have wireless LAN and Bluetooth?

No it does not, but it does have a variety of graphics, and supports three monitors simultaneously, four usb 3.0 ports, and 6 sata 6GB ports. It even has headers for an LTP port and COM ports.

The second image points to the 4 blue ports and says USB 3.0, but under the specifications it says "4 x USB 3.1 Gen 1 (blue)". Can someone confirm if they are 3.0 or 3.1?

Unlike other Asus motherboard I have used in the past. There is no BIOS provided by Asus on their support site for this ASUS PRIME B250M-C/CSM motherboard. Can I use the BIOS from the ASUS PRIME B250M-C motherboard? If so, where can I get the BIOS flashing tool for my ASUS PRIME B250M-C/CSM?

The Prime B250M-C/CSM and the B250M-C are one in the same. The BIOS flash tool comes on a disc included in the box.

Where can I download remote management tools, not on disc or website?

that is a intel tool and must be downloaded from them there is also some 3rd party tools for example realvnc has a feature for them too.
