Question 1

If I want to add an antenna to the included mini PCIe wifi card, is there a hole on the I/O shield to put it through, or would I have to make a hole?

No, the motherboard does not provide a place to mount wifi antennas.  Because this is thin mini-ITX, the IO shield is half-height, so I don't think there would be room, plus IO shields generally are not really strong enough to support components.

I used a Silverstone PT13B case which provided knock-outs for 2 wifi antennas.  Other cases may require a custom hole to be drilled.  You will also need an antenna kit that includes pigtails (antenna mount + connection to wifi card); Super Power Supply makes a wide selection of kits like this.  Be sure the pigtails are long enough, 8in worked for my case.  I managed to break one of the mounts over tightening it, so be careful when you mount them.

If you're looking to take advantage of the thin-itx form factor, the Silverstone PT13 is a fantastic little all-metal case. Granted, you have to use Silverstone's ultra-low profile cpu cooler. However, this case is extremely tiny and looks beautiful under my tv (yes, it literally fits underneath the tv). I built mine with an Intel I3-4330, which has the HD4600 iGPU. The cooler is the only fan in the system, and I never have any overheating issues, even while playing games.

No, I don't believe it supports "K" sku overclocking (unlocked multiplier).  The GIGABYTE GA-B85N Phoenix is a Mini-ITX that does (not thin-mini though).

What size power brick do I need to purchase.. is there a specific one out there?

Same as above user, I am using a 90W universal laptop power supply.  The connection is the same as many HP & Dell laptops, I think it is 7.4mm x 5mm.

What plugs into the power port in the back? Is it included with the board? Do you sell replacements?

Power for the board is supplied via a laptop-style adapter (around 19vdc). This adapter isn't provided with the board. I used an old one from a Dell E6400 laptop.
