I had MSI A320M Gaming pro and Ryzen 4 16000 CPU but it does not work, I was told that I have to upgrade the BIOS, but how should I do it without video output? Should I send it back to MSI for upgrading the BIOS?

The very first time it posts takes seemingly forever. it writes it's CMOS settings during that first post to whatever will work through what seems to be a trial and error method. You may have gotten that corrupted if you cycled the power or pressed the reset button too soon. I recommend you reset the CMOS with the jumper per the directions then, make sure your memory is on the manufacturer's list of tested ram modules then try again. This time. just let it do it's thing for the first post...as long as it takes. I remember my first post was almost 5 minutes and it seemed to reset itself 3 times. I believe memory compatibility is the biggest problem.  Have a flash drive ready with the latest bios ready for when if finally posts because, it will always be slow to post and will likely have memory compatibility issues until you flash the bios to the latest. After that, go into the bios settings again and find the preset for your ram that matches the ram manufacturers specs and select it. BTW you do need a video card. Try different outputs on the video card also. the one closest to the MB and video card board is usually default for pre-boot display.

As my experience it does not work, I search on internet some says it worked, and there are suggestions for checking how to make it work, I tried all ways and still not work, I have to change another type of CPU and finally it worked.

I have a AMD FX 4300 CPU. Will it run with this motherboard?

FX 4300 is an AM3+ CPU, but this is an AM4 motherboard. AM4 motherboards are not backwards compatible with AM3+ CPUs.

It supports any AM4 processor, including the Ryzen 3 1200. My son has a 1600x on this board, and it works great.
If you need more than one video card or more than 2 sticks of DDR4, this board is not for you.

Sorry for the noob question but what's the difference between this and the B350M Gaming Pro? First time builder trying to put together a Ryzen 5 1600 build and trying to find the right motherboard.

The main difference just from the title is that if you buy the B350M Gaming Pro you WILL be able to overclock your new CPU. the number and letters that you would normally see in the title of a motherboard indicates the type of chipset that the motherboard is using and will determine a variety of different aspects of the board but the main one for an AMD style build with a Micro ATX is that you will be able to overclock with a B350M. Other differences is that the B350M will only allow for a max (stock) RAM speed of 2667, however, this can be overclocked withing the motherboards BIOS but something to remember is that this is still a new chipset and a new CPU with quarks that are still being fixed. ALWAYS REMEMBER TO UPDATE YOUR BIOS when you get a new board for AMD. Another thing to remember is if you are making an AMD "budget" build than you HAVE TO HAVE a GPU (graphics card) as none of the Ryzen CPUs on the market have Integrated Graphics (meaning you can't use the HDMI, VGA, or DVI on the board whatsoever until the new AMD CPUs are released). Other than those differences (by looking at the specs of the board) you shouldn't have any problems with anything else on this build. So overall if you ARE going to overclock or if you plan on overclocking get the B350M Gaming Pro. IF you don't care about overclocking and just want it to work get the A320M Gaming Pro. If you do plan on overclocking make sure you purchase an aftermarket cooler for your CPU as the wraith spire that comes with the CPU is not built for overclocking and excess heat.
