Is this motherboard easy to set up for beginners?

The motherboard is praised for its ease of installation and good compatibility, making it a valuable choice for many users.

Would the VRM heatsinks obstruct the installation of a Noctua NH-U12A heatsink?

I very much doubt it would. I have used both, but not together. That being said, I see no reason why that would be a problem having used them both, separately.

Does this come with the wifi and bluetooth antennas or would i have to buy them seperately?

It comes with an antenna that has a wire so it can be placed wherever you want. It's about 3 feet long.

Does BIOS allow disable of WIFI and BT? No one stocks the straight Z790-P (no wifi)

Intel CNVi tech can be disabled from Settings\Advanced\Integrated Peripherals in the BIOS which includes both Wi-Fi and BlueTooth.

Does this MOBO support NVMe SSD as a boot drive for Win 11? Or does one have to install a HD to boot from?

I only have NVMe drives in mine and it boots Win 11 just fine

Read a lot about this board having ethernet issues. Has this been fixed?

Have never had issues with the Wi-Fi, have never used the ethernet connection. Have had zero issues with this motherboard.
