Can this board only support ONE PCIE 4.0 drive? Like if I got two would only the one in the FIRST slot support the full 4.0 speed?

I have a SAMSUNG E 500GB 980PRO NVME GEN4SSD in my system with this board. It's a screamer!

Does this board support Nvidia NVlink or SLI?

The GIGABYTE Z590 AORUS ULTRA motherboard supports AMD Quad-GPU CrossFire and 2-Way AMD CrossFire technologies. There is no mention of support for Nvidia NVlink or SLI.
