Yes, it does. It comes with a Gigabyte Aorus themed antenna. If you Google the antenna, you'll see what it looks like.

will i be able to use my ryzen 7 5800x without the need to flash update the bios?

The new ones should have the updated bios pre downloaded to support the 5000 series.

Can you run two NVMe drive in raid 1 and then use the third NVMe slot as a regular drive?

If I'm reading the manual correctly, you can, but the A slot cannot be used in the RAID config as it is tied to the CPU and PCIE. You must use the B and C NVMe slots as your RAID.

Does this board require a BIOS update for Ryzen 5 5600x, or is it out-of-the-box- ready?

I'm going to say that it should be "out of the box" ready, but I purchased the Ryzen 5 5600G processors, and had no problem. When building your computer, just have it connected to the internet, by hardwired, and if there are updates to have done, it will notify you to update it. Make sure that you use the Gigabyte disk for drivers that comes with it. Hope that helps.
