Does the m.2 slot work with a graphics card. Specs make it seem like no, but if you have a 4x card, there is still 4 lanes open?

The M.2 slot on the GIGABYTE A620M S2H motherboard is intended for PCIe 4.0 x4/x2 SSD support and not for graphics cards. It is designed to work with storage devices rather than graphics cards.
