Using Q flash plus you could without a CPU. (button at top right) But not recommended to use this method. My board came with F9 and i was able to boot up just fine. flashed to F16 before installing OS.

Would DDR5 5200 RAM work with this mobo even though it isn't explicitly stated as compatible? I have an opportunity to pick this mobo up for free from a friend that wanted an RTX 5090 and had to buy a combo deal to get it.
