Any video card with a standard sized PCI x16 slot will fit just fine.
PCI slots are backwards compatible so x16, 2.0 and 3.0 will all fit no trouble.

Does this support Intel's Ivy Bridge Processors?

Getting mixed information. Is anyone running an 15-3570k? Did Ivy Bridge cause a problem out of the box (did you have to flash bios)?

On some asrock boards I've got in the past, the cpu pins on the mobo were ever-so slightly tarnished. had some hiccups, and then Asrock repalced it after 3 months.

answering my own question, I emailed asrock directly and they said yes:

"Yes, BIOS supports to set VT-d at Advanced, North Bridge Configuration.
However, it's also required CPU has this function as well.

Question 5

How do I update the BIOS when I get this? First time getting a new motherboard Do I update before install or after?.. I have replaced everything else in my computer but the motherboard and mine is finally dying!

AS Rock should have the detailed answer for flashing the bios.  Basic instructions is that you get the CORRECT bios and save it on a flash drive.  When booting you should see an option to flash the bios (or maybe in the bios settings).  DO NOT stop the process once it is started or you will have a paperweight, not a motherboard.

What version of the UEFI does this ship with? I'd like to drop an i3-3250 in there.

Unknown. Upgrading the bios is dead simple as you can download and install the new bios all from within the bios.

I have a i7-3770 on my MB. I suspect that this will support your i3-3250 just fine.
