So does this board support the other 1200 series v3 Xeon E3 cpus? Like the Intel Xeon E3-1220V3 or Intel Xeon E3-1241 v3?

Well. I can say that it works for me! I'm running a 1231v3 for my storage server. Seems to work great for the most part. Has a couple weird quirks with the onboard marvell* nic which made me get a pci intel one (cant say if its not just the os though), but other than that, its been running 24x7 pretty solidly since 7/2014 :) (Posted 1/2016)

what power supply inputs does it use, and does it have onboard graphics or do i need a dedicated card? Ill be running windows server 2012 R2

Any 12v power supply with the standard 24-pin connector will work, you WILL need to have a CPU with integrated graphics as this does not have an internal graphics card. Found that out the hard way. Otherwise a great motherboard for Servers!
