Does anyone know if this board fits the Lian-Li PC Q25?

Yes, i have that exact setup. i recommend running all your cables to the mother board before securing the board down to the chassis. it is very difficult to get the SAS cable in the port that is laying down if the board is already installed.

Will this MB fit into one of the larger mini ITX/DTX cases?

It depends on the case size and layout. I have a Silverstone DS380B case which they says fits DTX and Mini-ITX. It does not fit in the case, but I expected that going in and made modifications to relocate the PSU. Depending on your case you may be able to go from an ATX to SFX sized Powersupply to buy yourself the extra room. When mounted the extra 0.4" from DTX spec is on the edge with the expansion slots, so that is where you would need the extra space.

VT-d? VT-x? This thing looks too good to be true!! Any recommends for cases? The 'extended' thing puts me off a bit.

I was in the same boat and to be honest it rules out almost ALL Mini-ITX cases so dont try. You are better off with Mini-ATX cases... WITH THAT BEING SAID. I put this board in a CaseLabs Mercury S3 and ITS AWESOME! and at the moment it is the best decision I have made in a while. NOTE: the Caselabs Case I refer to has a MINI-ITX motherboard tray but the case is the size of a Mini-ATX case.

Is anybody using this in the LIAN LI PC-Q25B?

I'm using it in a Silverstone DS380 - that one was a tight fit, I've resorted to using an unconventional power supply (Flex-ATX) to ensure it fits (since it butts into the power supply area). I'm looking at the PC-Q25, it looks like it would fit fine. The lip of the motherboard will hang a little bit off the end of the second PCI bracket - but we're only talking about a few millimeters there. It should fit.

and the case for this? wich one is compatible?

For ECC Ram what Ram have you used successfully? Have you tried 32GB and found a working Ram?
