I noticed that a reviewer mentioned that he had a graphics card compatibility issue with this motherboard with a GTX 760, with his system not booting up unless pci express was set to Gen. 1.0. Has anyone else had this problem with any graphics cards? Or has everything been running fine?

I haven't had any such issues. My only problem was with dedicating 1gb RAM to integrated graphics (512mb was the max amount I could do without issues with a 4670k cpu). Its probably nothing that can't be fixed with a replacement. I recommend taking at look at a bunch of reviews on the same product by different people before purchasing anything online. Also look for the ratings of the product AND the seller. Happy Shopping!

can you OC on this motherboard?

From what little I know about overclocking, the motherboards with chipsets beginning with an "H" (H97 in this case) are not designed for overclocking. You should look into a Z97 motherboard. Be careful and good luck!

How many fan headers are there. In the picture, I see one labeled as "PWR_FAN" what does that mean?

Some power supplies have a connector you plug in there so the board can monitor the RPM's of the internal power supply fan.
