the board  is able to install any PCI-E X16 3.0 Graphic card. you will received sounds  after installed Graphic card via HDMI

The Spec of this board is to use ECC So-DIMM. Does anyone know if we can use non-ECC So-DIMM ?

based on Dale K's review, he is using non-ECC RAM.  He is using two HyperX Impact SODIMM modules.    I don't think memory corruption occurs as often as in the past any more.  I would take a risk to use non-ECC ram if they work on this  motherboard.

How much memory is supported?

128gb, however at the moment I believe the maximum amount of ram available to purchase in 4 ddr4 sodimm sticks is 64gb. Current haswell chips are limited to 2133mhz however next generation broadwell-e will support 2400.
