Pros: All-in-one with sound/vid and even sata raid. Supports my "legacy" DDR400 2 gigs of Kingston RAM. Was a very simple swap out with an existing AMD based installation. (ie; Same "computer" I just upgraded to dual core with this new MB... bought a combo with a pentuim D 2.66 for $99... from New Egg) What else.... it has AGP so I get to keep my freak show AGP card. ($$$$, I'm glad it had AGP! Whew!) Bought and tested a second one for back-up. Get the picture?
Cons: Any bodys MB can be dead out of the box. I have had the best names come out the box dead as DEAD. And cheap (Chaintech, ECS) work perfectly from day 1 for years. I am persuaded somewhat, if it's a MB and it's out of Taiwan... it's just a gamble you take with DOA. Thier manufacturing must be... I'll bet it isn't ISO certified!
Overall Review: Buy it and roll the MotherBoard dice... you got New Egg backing you up.
