I'm planning on buying one to test a Kodi build on but it's unclear from the product description whether a power supply is included or not.

If not, what specs should I look for or is there a link to one sold by Newegg that is compatible?

The standalone Raspberry Pi does not come with a power supply. I believe the kits all do though I could be wrong. What all came in the box?

Just the Raspberry Pi board is included in the box. You will need an 8GB or larger microSD with the OS (or download it), a 5V 2A power adapter, MicroUSB Cable, HDMI Cable, and you may want an enclosure to keep it protected.  They are a great board for virtually unlimited uses.

Does this come with atleast 1 gig of memory and if not than what memory does this except? EX: SD card or Micro SD

You're asking two questions or confusing storage (like an SD card) with memory (ram). The Pi 3 has 1gb of ram and uses a micro-sd card as its storage. WD also sells a line of real hard drives designed for the Pi that allow you to run the OS from an actual hard drive.

Do these units come with a PSU, or do I need to purchase that separately? I'm looking at buying this in bulk, so this is a major concern.

What's the maximum video resolution?

Currently (as of May 2018), no Raspberry PI has a video chip capable of resolutions greater than 1080p (1920x1080). If you want 2k or 4k resolution, you'll need a different product.

Consider for a moment what you'll still need if used as a desktop - SD card, power supply, mouse, keyboard and monitor (It's often called the most expensive cheap computer.) Even if you're using it headless as a media server or an IoT gateway, you're still going to need a SD card, power supply  and probably a case of some type. I've got a dozen and all required something to make it usable - at the very least a cheap case, SD card and power supply but often an add-on board (HAT) as well. The answer to your question is that the RPi, in most use cases, is just the base for what you'll need.

According to the official website, this model needs a minimum of 2.5A power supply. It can supply a max of 1.2A to USB connected devices, and the typical bare-board active power consumption is 400mA.

Yes the Pi still only boots off the SD card not sure why you would want to boot off the USB and give up a USB slot I have 5 Raspberry Pi's no issues with using SD cards if you keep your eye out here at Newegg you can find super deals on SD card buys stock up and save :-)
