my power supply is 250w what would happen if i use this graphics card with my power supply?

The manufacturer (GIGABYTE) recommends a minimum of 400 watts for your computer to run this board. I would think that with a 250W power supply, your computer could seize up and need re-booting often. There are several components in your computer that need a constant power level to work properly.

Does this video card support CUDA technology?

CUDA is just the code name that the reference manufacturer (Nvidia) has given to their core structure. So yes it should support CUDA
