Depends on what version of Windows you have, this card supports direct x 12 for windows 10 and direct x 11 for earlier versions if windows like 8 and 7

Simple answer is yes. Two display ports, hdmi, and one dvi port. I use the dvi for my main monitor then the two DisplayPorts with adapters for my other two. HDMI drives the HTC vive and I can run all four at the same time. Heck I've played overwatch (1080p High settings) while someone else used the vive for job simulator. The tricky part was getting the audio to the correct people.

Is it worth the extra $40.00 for the overclocked version of this card?

Nope because you can literally do the same overclock with the non overclocked version of this card. The only difference is that GPU Tweak 2 only allows a 112% power limit while the OC versions allows up to a 120% power limit and imho not really worth that 40 dollars. If you want a pretty stable overclock as well, 1860 MHz is pretty stable. I've tried higher OC while playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and Hitman but I've always gotten a black screen when attempting anything higher so the OC that Asus did on their OC version of the 1070 is right only the money.
