How many watts should my power supply be to handle this card?

It all depends what else you have inside your pc. Do you have multiple hard drives? Do you have multiple disk drives? Fans, ram, motherboard all jave a factor on it. Most of the time I would say 500watt you would be safe but if you have a lot of hardware or plan to use SLI get 750.

No it does not have any PWM fan headers. It's a stripped down card as far as features go but it does boast a small form factor. It's the same length as my Z170-A motherboard from Asus. If you have any other questions about it I'm more than happy to answer. I've had it for just over a week and have been tweaking it a lot.

what is the minimum psu wattage recommended for this gpu?

The minimum required PSU for TOTAL SYSTEM with a GTX 1070 is 500 Watts. But I would recommend to use something along 700 or 850 watts for future upgrades and to be sure your PSU provides sufficient power for future needs. I also recommend and spend a little extra money and purchase a High Quality PSU. Cheap PSU sometimes are rated, as an example, 500 watts but when under load can only deliver less than 500 watts causing all sorts of computer problems.

Yes, but you'll need to have the right displayport cables or adapters. Most people would not have them laying around.
