Unfortunately the HDMI ports are for video out only.  You would need a capture card like the one I linked below to be able to feed it a video source to record via HDMI.  Hope this helps!

Yes it will as long as the PCI-E 2.0 is x16 you will be fine. However, the PCI-E 2.0 will bottleneck because the speed is 8GB/s, but PCI-E 3.0 can run up to 15.8 GB/s, so if you need the speed to run and 15.8GB/s you need to upgrade your motherboard to support PCI-E 3.0.
