Can 2 of these be used on a MSI godlike motherboard?

Yes, if the distance between the 16x PCI slot is wide enough apart. Without knowing which 'God-like" MB you are referring it's hard to say. Looking an MSI Z370, it looks like you will be fine. Put one on the 1st 16x PCI slot and the other on the 4th PCI slot.

Mine gets hot very quick and fans come on. Very warm to touch. Does yours get this hot?

Doesn't seem to... I don't touch the video card as it's inside my case, but I don't recall the case getting abnormally warm. When I have it clocked for Crypto it runs exceptionally cool.

Is it compatible to 4K monitors?

Yes. Of course it depends on the game, but there are plenty of titles that on high or ultra can be ~60 FPS when playing on 4k. There are also titles using DX11 or are probably optimized on AMD where you're looking at getting a dip in FPS. This isn't a GeForce 1080 Ti, but it is a solid card.

Why cant an Asus card have 3 dp ports? is the DVI necessary sad

They are one of the few vendors to include a DVI-D port on their variant.  Personally, I find this *very* valuable as I have a high-end 120Hz 1440P IPS monitor which lacks a scalar and only has a single DVI-D port.  Without this port I'd have to sacrifice frame rates and/or add some sort of active DP to DVI-D adapter, increasing cost, cabling, etc.
