I bought the N2070WF2-8GD.  This is a LOUD card under load.   How loud is this one under load?  Load, I mean like playing a game like WoW or FFXIV at the highest settings.

I currently have a corsair air 540 as a case, Cryorig m9i as a cpu cooler.
and this as the GPU, I don't really think it's loud at all.

For example:
Overwatch: 1440p, 144hz steady.

I don't hear the card at all, I'm not sure if it's because I wear headphones or what but I never hear it.

havent built a new PC in a while and the directions are a little lacking.  There are 2 spaces for 8 wire connectors from the power supply.  Most of these cards have a 6 and an 8.  What am I supposed to connect for power?

It depends on the space between the side panel and the front panel. (Length and with).
If it works out, then yes! Your motherboard should support it anyhow... You also should make sure that there are enough bracket slots in the back of the case...

Will this card fit in an NZXT H210i case with Kraken X52 cooler?

Although I don't own the NZXT H210i, the 2070S should fit in width and depth (dimensions as if installed) Maximum allowed GPU width of your case - 310mm. The card is 300mm.

The height is uncertain. 50 mm clearance is needed  (as measured to from the center of the PCI-slot) down to the top of the PSU cover.  The thickest point on the 2070S is the fan on the right hand side (where "republic of Gamers" logo is)  The fans are slightly recessed so they should function even if the card rests on the PSU cover.The gpu support knob will need to be removed obviously.

As for the Kraken X52: if the fan assembly is mounted at the top of your case, then it shouldn't be an issue at all.
