Is this video adapter compatible with windows 7 and windows 10?

Quick answer, yes! 
Now I put this on a cheap refinished business PC and put a almost 600w power supply in it and it works just fine. I don't use it as much only because I use my Xbox 360 more these days but as soon as I put a bigger hard drive in it (it came with 100gig hd) I might use it more. The only problem I have run into is that every now and then when waking up the PC it changes the personal settings to default. I have already taken care of that issue. It comes with its own adjustable settings and you can use windows settings as well and I think that's where you may have issues. But they are minor. Again if the settings change its only been when waking up the PC. Its a good video card for the money and I can't complain.
P.S. I got it on sale ??

Can I connect the HDMI to a TV and get audio out of this card?  Or will I have to connect audio with a different port?

yes but this is an r5 card check this out for a few bucks difference and it will perform A.LOT. better at everything all the time and run cooler

look up the msi r7240 card it looks the same but the internals are alot better

The r7 is a WAY better deal than the R5 esp. for playing resolution to a t.v. via HDMI and YES the audio is going to flow through the cable as well as video but more so the reason to get the R7 Instead

It should. It consumes 20W. Try a power supply calculator (google it) and it'll tell you if your under the max

Why are you advertising this with crossfire support?  This is a violation of Federal law.  The Manufacturer does not make this claim, and Newegg has full knowledge that this item is not crossfire compatible.

Its literally intent to defraud.

AMD themselves specify this card/chip as crossfire compatible.  While I can't insert a link you can google the chip and go to the AMD site where all the specs are listed.  You are mistaken to say that the listing is incorrect and then sounding threatening about it.

Is this product compatible with a Dell Studio 540 desktop?

Hello Jeremy,

Using the two included low-profile brackets this card will work just fine in your Studio 540,  I actually have the Dell Inspiron equivalent of the 540 in the shop for repairs at the moment.

All you have to do is take some pliers or if your lucky enough to have a screwdriver with the right size attachment head you can take the old bracket off and put the two low-profile ones on in about 5 min's.

So far so good I haven't had any problems with this video card and it's was at a good price at the time. If you can find the Same or similar for a better price then get that one. But if it's not to big a deal and u just want better graphics this card should do the job. Remember depending on what you want it for, you get what you pay for. Good luck ??

It's not worth the money. For a small bit more you can't get a gt 740 which is 100x better. Or a gtx 950 don't waste money on this card

How do you set this up for a 4K monitor? It is advertised as supporting that yet it will not go beyond 1920 X 1080 with my Seiki 39" 4K monitor.

Make sure that you are using the HDMI port as it is the only one that supports native 4k resolutions if that don't do the trick there could be a compatibility issue between your card and the monitor.
