The smaller connector is mini display port, the larger is dual-link DVI.

The card comes with all of the connectors to be able to connect 3 monitors in 3xDVI, 2xDVI + 1xVGA, or 1xDVI + 2xVGA.

It is a great value and has performed very well for the client I installed it for.

for a 3-monitor setup, this card works great, has all of the connectors/adapters you need, installs easily. If you plan on serious gaming I would suggest an R9 series card, but for everyday use this is a great card and a good value.
