My wifey has that card and I measure it in situ to be 8 3/4 inch long, from the mobo it is 5 1/4 inch high and 1 1/2 inch wide. On her Asus Z87-Pro mobo it would cover 2 slots, if there was a slot to cover, the slots are nicely spaced.  
Wifey uses the card for Photoshop and run 2 monitors quite nicely and she does have 32 gigs of RAM and a 256 SSD drive, but it all seems to fit together nicely.

Hi, I have an Lenovo ideacentre 3.4GHZ 3rd generation Intel i7 3770 with the graphics card Nvidia GT 620 and I want to upgrade to this card  but I want to know if it's compatible with my computer and also if it video converts fast like the nvidia geforce cards?

First, make sure your power supply big enough to handle this card, second make sure the WIDTH of your PC case is big enough so that if you install this card in you will be able to close your PC case completely, also make sure you have PCIe x16 slot.  Other than that this card is great for both, video editing and Gaming.  Good because it run very cool, also come with OC software and manual, however you need to read and understand before doing some overclocking.  For me without overclocking my PC run any game smoothly and graph look very good

I trying to replace an older GeForce 9800GT video card and need to know if this Radeon HD 7850 is a compatible replacement? It is going into a Dell XPS630.

it says pci xpress 3.0 will it fit on a 2.0 pci xpress ?

Yes, PCIe are backward and forward compatible. the important part is the slot, it will need to be a PCIe x16 slot. The card will function at the lesser 2.0 speed if plugged into a 2.0 x16 slot

will this work with ddr3?  i do not have ddr5
