How well does this card oc?

As with the R9 300s, their Base Core Clock is not too far off from overclock results as these hawaiian cores are not as efficient as NVIDIA cores. The best OC results will be somewhere around 1.06ghz ish. However, with this card's stock performance trading punches with the 980, 8gb of ram, at this price point, its epic performance-per-dollar, so for a single GPU build, its really good, but if you want to do some extreme OC or have performance for multiple 4k screens, your better off not using team red.

Does this card support multiple monitors?

Yes, you can use multiple monitors. You could technically have 4, but I'm currently using the 2 DVI's. Each output could have a monitor connected to it. Hope this helps you make a decision!

does this card support 4K monitor @60 Hz?

Yes.  I'm currently using mine with a 4k monitor. Keep in mind that hdmi does not support 4k at 60hz, so you need to use the display port.

What is the exact length in inches or mm that this card is? I didn't see the size dimensions on the specifications page. I don't need to exceed 15.3 inches.

Will this work with a 600w psu? It says it requires 750w but from what I've heard you can get away with 550-600w+

Really even high end cards don't use more than 400w. The listed requirement is taking into account other factors, such as CPU TDP. There are several power supply calculators online that will let you input various components and give you a good estimate as to how much power you will be using.

Even if your power supply can take it on paper, other factors such as capacitor aging may come into play. A higher rated power supply would be better, you dont want this card to finally arrive only to find your PSU wont support it after all.

Does the card come with Windows 7  64 bit drivers in the package ?

I don't remember if mine came with a disk full of drivers... Regardless, I'd recommend downloading the driver you require directly from PowerColor's website to ensure you have an updated driver (PowerColor domain with this at the end: us/support_driver.asp)

Don't forget that AMD has a beta for their new Crimson software which would be good

Can this card be put in Crossfire X?

It sure can, pretty much all modern radeons can be crossfire'd. Nvidia on the other hand need to be the same card with the bridge. Be sure to have enough power.

What kind of power supply would be recommended to run 3 of these?

For THREE, I would recommend at least a 1000W, but 1200w to be safe. Running them low you can get by with lower watts, but if you stress them all to the max with benchmarks, you will need some serious power.

Besides having 1 more fan and a core clock that is 10 MHz faster what else is different that makes this better than the VXR9 390 8GBD5-DHE also made by PowerColor?

It has a better cooler (more metal in the heatsink, better cooling in general), more fans means each one has to spin at a lower RPM to get the same cooling as two fans, resulting in lower noise levels.

In my opinion the backplate on this one also looks better than the one on the other one you mentioned, but that is subjective.

I am not sure of this but I would assume this one would have a better power delivery system and better binned chips.

Basically, this one is just an upgraded version of the other one you mentioned and will perform marginally better in most scenarios.

Will a 600w psu work with this?

For the most part yes, i've this in my gf's tower with 620w and it seems to hold up, but if you push an overclock and have everything running at max you might have a hiccup. It should run even at max but as your power supply degrade over the years it might be trouble since the buffer is small.
