Unfortunately there is no live promo for this graphics card that offers a free game, at the moment that is only on the higher end RTX cards (as they are promoting games that feature Real Time Ray Tracing) like the RTX 2060, sorry about that!

Is this a solid gpu for gaming?

Yes at 1080p resolution it is a great card. Could push some first person shooter games close to 144 fps. If you play at 1440p though I'd get a 1660ti or 2060 at minimum.

Is it even possible for this card to work with a 300w psu?

No. On their website, it says you should have at least 450 w. It's probably better to upgrade to 500w just in case you want to add something later and so you don't put stress on the pay.

New to building PCs. Is this graphics card self sufficient in regards to cooling itself? Also will this work with an ASrock H310CM-HDV motherboard? Thanks in advance!

The cooling that MSI put together for this card is actually not that great (only has one copper heat pipe transferring heat off the chip), but the card is very power efficient anyway and doesn’t draw much power to begin with. Even with a decent overclock, I’ve never seen my card go over ~70 C, which is perfectly safe for a graphics card.
Also yes, it should work with the motherboard listed. I would just make sure whatever case you get has space for the card (it is a 2-slot card, which means it will take two expansion slots in the rear of the case).
