There really isn't anything superior to this for the current price. So, if that price is about all you have to spend, I rather doubt you'll do any better. The GCN architecture really is a step up over the older VLIW internals of the HD 6000-series. This will blow the doors off any R7 250/E/X, HD 7750 or HD 7770. It will likely be, at least, nose-to-nose with the R7 260X, and probably range into an area just a tiny bit shy of the R7 265.

The only possible shortcoming is it's 1Gb of video memory, and if that will be sufficient for your situation. If you are running at a resolution in excess of 1920 X 1080, and/or are playing games with very high resolution textures, and/or using moderate-to-high degrees of multi-sampling anti-aliasing, then you'll probably need to look for a video card with at least 2Gb of graphics memory. If you are not into games much, or at all, then 1Gb isn't a problem.

The card, itself, is a lot nicer "in person" than the photographs would indicate. This is my fourth HIS video card, and I was expecting the shroud on the cooler to be as cheesy as the one on my old HIS HD 5770; functional, but a bit flimsy. I was pleasantly surprised that this HD 7850 was quite an improvement in that respect. I'm very satisfied with the construction. I'd buy it again.

If I have a 500 W power supply for my computer right now, should I still buy this?

I run mine on a single 12 rail 300 watt psu (14 amps) with a 6 pin to molex adapter and it is running fine. But i only have on 54w i-3 cpu, 8 gigs ram, and an ssd, so not much power draw other than the gpu.

I have hp 110-210 with a Radeon  Hd 8330.Since this all greek to me I was wondering is this card better and will it work with my pc?

The 8330 is integrated with the cpu, meaning you do not currently have a dedicated gpu in your computer. This will work fine and improve gaming performance dramatically if you have the following:
1) an available PCI-Ex16 2.0 or 3.0 slot 
2) your case is configured to accommodate a gpu.
3) you have a strong enough power supply (300-500watts) with a 6 pin connector or a molex to 6 pin adapter.
4) the courage to open you pc and look inside to see if it has the above.
5) Watch an installation video on the web and get after it. You'll love it.

Yes, it will run identical performance on a PCI-E 2.0. There will be no problem at all. I'm running several PCI-E 2.0 in 3.0 slots. Also have one running a 3.0 card in a 2.0 slot. They are all compatible.
