SAPPHIRE's new Radeon HD 7730 graphics card targets enthusiastic gamers and mainstream users simply looking for increased graphics performance. The card is based on cutting-edge 28nm architecture and built around 384 stream processors, a core clock of 800MHz, and 2GB of GDDR3 memory over a 128-bit interface. It comes with DVI, HDMI, and D-SUB outputs. With support for an assortment of advanced display technology – such as AMD HD3D Technology, AMD Eyefinity, and Anti-Aliasing – the SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7730 offers you more than one way to elevate your gaming experience.
UEFI BIOS supportThe Sapphire HD 7730 equips the UEFI firmware that is digitally signed and approved by Microsoft for Secure Boot. With Windows 8’s secured boot architecture and its establishment of a root of trust, the customer is protected from malicious code executing in the boot path by ensuring that only signed, certified “known good” code and boot loaders can execute before the operating system itself loads. When compared to the legacy BIOS, systems with UEFI have a much faster boot and resume time to the OS. The SAPPHIRE HD 7730 UEFI edition is compatible with motherboards that comply with UEFI Specification 2.3.1 or after. It is also compatible with motherboards that do not have the UEFI feature.
