Mid size tower fitting?

You would have to define what a "mid size tower" is. The card is 6 inches long, 4.5 deep and just over an inch high.  It takes up two card slots in height. If you have that much space then this card is a great choice. I went from a GT9800 to this card and the temps dropped by almost half.

is the power supply right on this 350?

hello yes 350 watts for your complete set up ,I'm a power user so id recomend 350-400 watts for average use 500-1000 watts for heavy use gaming audio and video production the video card would use only about a third of minimum power requirement

mainly want to know if i can use and get pretty much 60 fps on low with pretty much any game?

BF4 is my most demanding game on my rig and this card delivers 53-100 fps at 1366x768 all low.Card honestly isn't great for newer games pass 768p.

Do no try Titanfall even on low,it runs horribly but if you love COD the first Black Ops1 can be maxed out at 768p and hold well over 70fps. Drop all  AA and 1080p is smooth with over 70 as well.

Question 4

No DVI output after installing this graphic card, what did I do wrong? Please help!

I used the DVI connection on this card myself, had no issues with it but if you had no DVI issues prior to this card and have them now it could be a bad port.

I would try using the vga and hdmi ports as well, make sure the card is still functioning.
