is it true that the aorus logo and the fan stop rgb lights are dimmer in that area compared to the rgb lines in front of the card even having the brighness all the way up using aorus engine?

... seems like an objective question as I can't see the "front" of my two (2) 5700 XT cards. I can say that my particular configuration shows a little less than the relative brightness of other RGB devices such as RAM (GSkill) mobo (Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro WIFI) as well as PS etc. Maybe you should look to d/l'ing RGB drivers for your RAM modules... that will remove the RGB control (hopefully as it did mine) of your RAM from the AORUS control and deliver control to your RAM RGB specifically...

Not loud at all. I cant even hear it when running games at 98% load. MY CPU is loud and obnoxious which is the only noise i hear from my PC build with the ryzen3600x  when under load
