Hi can i use two cards for two diferents cams inputs in OBS ore more cards?

one card comes with 1 HDMI in and a HDMI out You can on the other hand use 2 cards @ the same time or you can use 2 cards for 2 different things on OBS. Recording or streaming with these cards on the program it gives you will use both cards or as many you have to multi render.

does it support crossfireX? or do I HAVE to plug an HDMI into one of my 2 graphics cards to start recording?

There has to be an hdmi cable connecting this to one of the video cards. A typical setup would be to connect the video card to the capture card, and then connect the capture card to a monitor. Another setup would be to connect both the capture card and the monitor to the video card (if the video card supports multiple displays) and in windows, mirror the 2 displays, that way both the capture card and thw monitor see the same input.

will this atleast work in windows 7 with OBS? I don't want to switch OSs

Yes, korean is supported thru the RECentral Application. Its also plug and play so you can use the capture card natively thru 3rd party software i.e. Xsplit/OBS
