Can you use both drives simultaneously with an OS such as Windows or Mac OS?

Yes you can use both drives at the same time. I have a 500gb and a 1tb installed into mine right now and they both work fine

I have been having problems when connecting to a machine with Windows 10 OS, is this a confirmed issue/lack of compatibility or is my situation unique?
It will read small amounts of data, but anything larger than a few hundred Megabytes it disconnects the drive and reconnects saying that the file location cannot be found. I haven't had large amounts of text based files to transfer for testing so all transfer fine. But images and videos fail repeatedly.
Most times this happens, the drive dock must be powered off, then on again in order for the drives to be recognized once more.
Anyone else having these issues when using this dock with windows 10?
