No, Its not ATX 3.0. With that said, It will work no problem with the supplied 600w 12VHPWR connector with the 40 series. IT comes with a 2x8 to 12VHPWR. I am currently using this with my 4090 Strix OC and it works perfectly drawing up to 632W on the 12V rail.

Will this fit into Asus Helios case?

Absolutely. I am using it now in the Helios. Part of the ROG is cut off though by the window.
