what is the dimensions on this PSU?

It's approximately 6"x 6" x 3.5" -- I'm not in a position take apart my case to measure it exactly, but measured with the door open and base approximation.

Question 2

Can I run a GTX 770 with this power supply? I'm considering buying an EVGA card with 4GB DDR5, but I'm not sure if this power supply will be sufficient or not.

Yea, Benjamin the power supply is good enough for you its either a 60 amp or maybe 65 near there you add the total rails amps. and it has the PCI express plugs you need too.  These stats I added at bottom are directly from the details tab when you click on the evga video cards of the GTX 770's. You can study it out from there and I'm sure it'll work for you.

Minimum of a 600 Watt power supply.

Are the 6 pin connectors 75w? 
(Want to run an AMD R9 270 or 270X).

I have had no problem with the power supply. Your getting the power supply at a great price. I have not installed the crossfire as of yet, but I don't expect any change.

Question 4

Does this power supply have the 12vrail-4 pin insert for the CPU input on the motherboard?  The corsair I ordered only came with the 24pin and numerous 12vrail-single (1) pin which are useles for the asus board I ordered.

Yes, It does. My board also requires a 4 pin and it works perfectly. Good price for a great PSU.

Can this product work well with 2 gtx 660's running sli?

Am currently running 2 GTX 760 (non-SLI) along with 125 watt 8 core AMD processor, all overclocked, with no hint of problems. Should easily handle 2 GTX 660's.  Really like the modular cables and ps is more quiet than the fans on the GPUs

I'm looking to purchase this with the EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 760 2GB graphics card. This card requires 500 watt or greater power supply with a minimum of 30 amps on the +12 volt rail, will this power supply work?

I would double check the manufacture specs but I can tell you that I have been buying evga quality products for over ten years. Never been dissatisfied with any purchase. Your requirements sound like mine. I run a evga HD 570gtx 2 gig and it calls for 500 watt minimum as well. My system runs smooth as glass. Make sure you have a well vented case. That card will put off a lot of heat

will this power supply retro fit to a Dell xps 400?

I would be willing to bet it would after building many computers I have never found one that wouldn't go in any brand computer. I have found a need on rare occasion to make a screw hole or two change or perhaps enlarging a small area thats cut out in back where the power plug fits in but that is also a rare event. I would get it firstly because they are a good company and I use them and secondly because if it be that for some unforseen reason it won't fit (which I doubt) I know with minor alterations you could make it work easily.

Looking to get this with a EVGA GTX 760 and the requirements are at least 30 amps on a single 12v rail. Will this card work on this unit?

this supply has 4 x 12 volt rails 2 that are dedicated to the Video @ 20 amp max rating each. so if the card has 2 x 6 or 8 pin power connectors you shouldn't have any trouble

It is a standard size power supply that will fit any motherboard. Check the connections you need and if it works (it should) I woul buy it. Happy with mine on an Intel board.

Question 10

Is the fan 120mm, 135mm or 140? (or something else)?  Is it variable speed or fixed speed?

According to the box it's a 135 mm fan.  As far as I know it's fixed speed, but it's mounted in the bottom of my case so it could vary with temperature and I'd never notice.  The box doesn't mention the speed.
