Question 1

Will this power a Sony a7s? They require 7.4 volts.

The user manual says you can safely set the voltage to the next highest voltage output above your device rating.  IMHO I don't think you'll have any problem whatsoever - especially since the next highest setting is 7.5 volts.  The battery works great, has intuitive interface and I highly recommend.  It's saving me a ton of $$ on throw away 9v batteries.

how come newegg does not carry the 3450? I want that one.

I don't know about the 3450. But my MP3300 died after just 1 month. I open it up, there are 4 small packs of li-ion batteries connected in series. 3 have the voltage around 4.18V, and one is under 2V. Therefore the pack can never be full charged or output to the max of 14V.   Also the pack claims 36Wh, on the good individual packs, each has capacity around 1800mA. Poor quality product. Save your money.
