Probably would be fine. I try to size my psu's in my builds so the load is no more than 80% of the psu rating.
What else do you have for a load? Fans are pretty minimal but if you have 10 it's something.

I would assume so. I’m running this with a 5070 and it works great. I havent tried doing any overclocking and i am using a low tier surge protector, but i dont see why it couldnt run a 5080 as long as the wattage is enough for your build
