Will this bracket also work with the Phanteks Eclipse 350x case? It looks like it will, just want to be sure.

yeah its the same part ur good to go to put in that last slot/bracket whatever and PS I LOVE THERE CASES THERE GREAT!!!!!!!! HAVE FUN BUILDING!!!!!!!!

Does this come with the hardware to actually mount the SSD to the bracket?

No, it does not come with the screws. the Phanteks case had extra ones for that however.

will this bracket work with my phanteks p300 case?

I do not have that case, so I do not actually know. If they have removable HDD cages I would assume it's the same design. I would see if you can download a PDF of the manual and browse it over, it might even have part numbers for you.
