I need to fit 3 HDDs and a SSD into this. Will it plug the breathing holes on the HDDs?

works as advertise. I don't think I even used screws . drives slide in just fine. it is used for a 5.25" empty drive bay. And Justin is right I believe. HDD [that use a spinning disk] are close otherwise dust particles may get inside and mess up the drive. So 96% sure they are sealed, not know if they are both ways sealed though. They might have a vent hole, but are only semipermeable, which mean that the flux of air can only move one way. Maybe am wrong but. The initial sentence should answer your question.
