I need 4 gb in all, to use on an intel DQ35JOE board with Win 8.1. Can i have your opinion or advice ?

Advice: buy 2 2gig strips that will match your mother board, and dispose of the 2 1gig strips that you have. I am not qualified to say which to use, but all the strips must be compatible. I had lots of trouble on this issue. Good luck.
