Question 1

I already have one stick of the same RAM, only it's not the low profile version .

If I buy this RAM - making it my second total stick of RAM - should I expect any difficulties or errors because they're not the same RAM? I notice that the low-profile version runs off of less power (1.35V) than the regular model (1.5V).

I'm not exactly saying that it would not work, but because of the voltage difference there is a chance of it being unstable and causing errors and its not worth the risk. (I had the exact same issue with the exact same products)

I built my first pc this year and i wanted to upgrade my ram, but im still a noob at this. Mixing brands of RAM can be okay if the stats are the same. The RAM you already own is 1.5V though, and this ram is 1.35V. So you would either have to undervolt or overvolt one of the sticks in your BIOS and that might cause stability issues.

I wouldn't advise mixing different voltages of RAM. If you can afford it buy two of these sticks.

This will not work for your laptop. When you look for laptop memory, make sure you specify what type of laptop it is. Mac or PC. As well, if you are looking to just add more ram, make sure the latency table and MHz is the same. (Ie: 1366mhz 9-9-9-27). Make sure your laptop has interchangeable ram too.

single/dual/triple channel is determined by your motherboard and how many sticks you install.  One stick will be single channel.  Two sticks will be dual channel/
Three sticks will be triple channel only on supported motherboards.

Yes, it will work if the system has either one stick or 0 sticks of ram in it. I comes with two ram sticks in it default and if you plan on adding this as an upgrade then that won't work because the motherboard doesn't support three ram sticks, it will only support 1 2 or 4. So if you want to add another 8gb to the system then get a dual channel ram kit and run 4 sticks. I should also say that if you do plan on adding more ram I would not recommend more than 8gb unless you are doing things such as video or photo editing, if you are not then you probably won't notice any difference.

Yes it is. DDR3 with 240 pin is the standard for RAM slots so there should be no problems. Just make sure you don't mix and match your memory!!!

Install a program called speccy and do a system check to make sure it is. As long as your motherboard is 240 pin and can handle 8gb ram then yes it is compatible.

Intel Pentium G3220 Haswell Dual-Core 3.0GHz LGA apparently does not support DDR3 1333 I should of read this before purchasing DDR 1600. How do I change my order before it ships?

Depends on how the motherboard handles unsupported memory, I think. You may be able to boot into the bios and set the memory speed and timings manually (down-clocking memory is generally easy), but if you can't then you're sol.
