Yes this memory will work with your motherboard. It will take up to 16Gb so you could use a single 4Gb stick and have more room for upgrades. But you would lose dual channel performance gains.

But short answer yes this Will work.

Question 4

I have a Dell Optiplex 755 with 4GB RAM. I  purchased 8GB to upgrade the RAM. I checked the specifications before I bought it. But when I replaced the existing 4GB RAM, it didn't work. 
Are these RAMs compatible with Dell system mentioned? My OS is Windows Ultimate. Can someone help me out. Thanks.

Some computers are very picky about the RAM specifications they will use. Dell is well known for an especially strict set of specs. Look at the RAM you removed from your computer, check the speed (PC2 6400) and also the three numbers after the speed, eg. 11-11-24, or something similar. Order RAM with the same speed rating, or something very close. In some rare instances, the BIOS can not see RAM beyond the original amount. If you have a 64 bit OS, this is probably not the problem. Will this work in a Dell Optiplex 360?

These should be fine depending on how you use them in your system. If you are replacing a pair, no problem.

But if they are additional ram make sure they are placed in the same bank. They are low CAS 5 with a 5-5-5 timing and I would recommend putting them in Bank 0 and moving others to Bank 1 if they have a higher CAS. Try both ways

I would need more information about your computer... You can check the manufacturer of the computer website for recommended replacement or upgrade. The RAM manufacturers website usually has a program that can check your computer for the recommended RAM replacement and upgrades... Without the specifics of your computer I can't be of more help, sorry.

I want to verify that this is non-ECC and unbuffered?

I am not 100% sure, but as I see it, if memory was either ECC or buffered, it would be something that would be considered more valuable.  Thus, I would think manufacturers would go out of their way to advertise it.

Question 9

What  is a dual channel kit? I currently have 1G DDR2 Single channel unbuffered 667 Mhz. Do I have to upgrade BIOS for this or does the kit fix everything?

The memory is matched to run synchroized to each stick or memory. There is no software or bios to run this. The motherboard must be already setup from manufacturer. You can usually tell by the color matching slot for the memory.

I would check your motherboard models listed compatible memory to see if it as compatible, though in my experience as long as you do not mix and match memory sets memory has worked in any motherboard as long as it supports that type.
