How tall does this memory sit? What are the dimensions for this with the heat spreader attached? Will this fit in a SFF (Small Form Factor) computer, like the HP 8200 (which has 4 RAM slots)?

Depending on the layout, I'm not entirely sure that it would fit. I really wish I could give you the exact measurements, but I would poke around on a forum like Tom's Hardware to see if someone has had a similar question. The thing is that these sit quite high due to the design of the fins. Because of this, you definitely need to check the clearance if you have a non-traditional CPU cooler and the chipset heatsinks near the RAM slots if you have any. If you really just want to drop this into an 8200, I don't think you would have a massive problem
