Is 2x2gb of Corsair VS2GB800D2 ok to add to the existing 2x2gb I have of this g.skill memory for this as I need to add more memory to my system?

It might be okay but you will have to be comfortable with playing with your DRAM and Chipset settings in your BIOS, and that is only if the Corsair and G.Skill sticks are running the same/similar settings and behave relatively the same. Note different manufacturing processes produce memory that "behaves" differently than others. If you are not comfortable with doing this, I would make sure all of your sticks are the same. RAM and motherboards are especially picky about all 4 RAM slots being filled. I recently had to downclock my system slightly when upgrading from 2 sticks to 4. Hope this helps.

My motherboard says it can use "Extreme DDR2 speeds with support for up to 1200MHz SLI-Ready memory" Will i be able to use this product?

The ram you are buying sayes ddr2 1000 if your mobo can do up to 1200 then you should be fine.
